About us
WHO WE ARE
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sanctuary nestled in Zebulon, North Carolina, built on a simple but profound truth — that animals have the power to reach people when nothing else can. Through animal-assisted therapy, conservation education, and hands-on programs for children, youth, individuals with disabilities, and those healing from trauma, Fuzzy Faces Refuge offers something that is increasingly rare: a safe place where healing happens naturally, quietly, and powerfully.

About us
OUR HERD
Our herd includes horses whose gentle presence guides people through grief, fear, and growth — and San Clemente Island goats, one of the most critically endangered breeds on Earth, whose very survival depends on the dedication of sanctuaries like ours. Together, they are not just animals. They are partners in healing and in conservation.
